Hutchinson Health and Rehabilitation (HH&R) is a 45 bed skilled nursing facility. We offer skilled nursing services, skilled therapy services, care for long term residents, and outpatient therapy services for those needing treatment. Our skilled nursing services include respiratory care, IV treatment, and wound care. Our long term care (LTC) residents are important to our facility to maintain a consistent census. We have all private rooms with their own heating/cooling, pet friendly, two outdoor courtyards, and smoking at designated times.
