What is the Fair Labor Standards Act and How Does it Affect My Business? In this session employers will review the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and the provisions of the regulation.  From there, employers will learn who needs to comply with this law and how the recent, final rule impacts positions that are classified as “exempt”.  Employers will have an opportunity to learn how to handle these changes as well as participate in a Q&A to ask any questions regarding how the FLSA impacts their particular business.
