In this session employers will review the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and the provisions of the regulation.  From there, employers will learn who needs to comply with this law and how the recent, final rule impacts positions that are classified as “exempt”.  In addition, employers will have an opportunity to learn how to handle these changes!
