Is your passion for work and life decreasing? Are you drained at the end of the day? Is your stress level high? If you answered yes to any of these questions...Join us for this Lunch and Learn. Here we will articulate the difference between anabolic and catabolic energy and analyze how it impacts individuals, teams, and organizational culture.  We will also increase awareness of what triggers catabolic energy and learn a strategy to reduce stress from triggers.
