PrairieStar Health Center is a NON Profit Federally Qualified Health Center. This modern facility has over 9,000 patients and provides over 22,000 appointments a year. We provide exceptional health care with professional, caring Family Physicians, Dentists and Women’s Wellness providers. Our focus is on the entire family and we try to address acute and chronic diseases with a care plan that engages the patient and the family when requested. We use a sliding fee scale based on income.
